Position Summary
SimpleSurvey is seeking a skilled and autonomous Product Specialist with concrete experience in using survey software. This is not an entry-level role—we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, confidently support clients, and take full ownership of training, configuration, and turnkey project delivery.
You will serve as a product expert and trusted advisor for our clients, helping them maximize the value of the platform through responsive support, hands-on configuration, and strategic guidance. Fluency in both French and English is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support & Troubleshooting
- Deliver responsive, expert-level support via in-app support and video conferencing.
- Resolve technical issues and guide clients through advanced survey configuration.
- Training & Onboarding
- Deliver one-on-one or group training sessions in both official languages.
- Coach new and existing clients on best practices and platform usage.
- Product Demonstrations
- Conduct live, bilingual product demos for prospective clients.
- Clearly explain platform features and use cases with confidence.
- Turnkey Project Implementation
- Lead full-cycle survey and form projects: requirements gathering, logic configuration, testing, launch, and reporting.
- Ensure alignment with accessibility standards (WCAG), privacy laws, and client objectives.
- Product and Client Feedback
- Relay client feedback and feature suggestions to the product team.
- Help identify usability improvements and client needs based on real use cases.
- Documentation and Knowledge
- Sharing Contribute to help documentation, internal procedures, and support templates.
- Share insights with the broader team to improve consistency and client experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with advanced survey platforms (e.g., SimpleSurvey, Qualtrics, Alchemer, SurveyMonkey, Formstack, etc.)
- Expertise in configuring surveys/forms using skip logic, branching, piping, display rules, and quotas
- Experience delivering client-facing training, onboarding, or support services
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both verbal and written
- Highly autonomous and organized, with a proactive approach to learning and supporting clients
- Familiarity with data exports, reporting, or survey methodology is an asset Experience working with public-sector or regulated clients is a plus
