Survey Deployment Specialist

SimpleSurvey, a leading Canadian SaaS company specializing in online survey software solutions, is seeking skilled and detail-oriented online survey deployment specialists to join our dynamic services team. 

As a Survey Deployment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our services team in implementing and managing online surveys for client mandates using our advanced online survey platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and deploying online surveys, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires technical proficiency in utilizing online survey tools, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Excel, and simple HTML. 

Key Responsibilities 

Survey Creation: 

  • Create client surveys using our advanced online survey, data collection and analysis platform. 
  • Implement best-practice survey design principles, ensuring optimal question structure, clarity, and respondent engagement for effective data collection. 
  • Work in conjunction with data analysis teams to ensure survey data is collected and formatted accurately for analysis. 
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in survey design, question formulation, and logic. 

Platform Utilisation: 

  • Demonstrate end-to-end expertise in using online survey tools within our platform. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to survey creation and deployment. 

Client Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate closely with the Services team and clients to understand specific survey objectives and requirements. 
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on survey best practices to enhance client outcomes. 

Deployment and Monitoring: 

  • Execute the deployment of surveys according to plan and methods used. 
  • Monitor survey performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support to clients. 


  • Create reports and visualisations using the software’s reporting and analytic tools.  


  • Proven experience in using online survey tools (SimpleSurvey, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) to create, deploy and manage surveys.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality survey solutions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients. 
  • Experience in consulting or services firm. 
  • Technical proficiency with online survey tools and platforms. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Excel. 
  • Basic HTML experience. 
  • Proficient in English or French (written/spoken). Bilingualism is an asset.

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Statistics). 
  • Previous experience in a similar role. 

Contract Terms 

This position is for ad hoc contractual work. The terms and duration of each contract will be discussed and agreed upon based on project requirements.
