Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Professional Services Manager to join our professional services team. This individual will play a crucial role in delivering turnkey survey and voting services, ensuring our solutions meet the complex needs of our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate demonstrates project management and client relationship skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the delivery of our various professional services, including project management, risk identification and management, client management, and project execution through our online survey and voting platform.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and management of English-speaking regions of Canada.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and other key client contacts.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to clients in the use of our SaaS platform, ensuring a smooth and productive user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor services to the specific needs of clients.
  • Drive continuous improvement of service delivery processes and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards regarding data privacy and security.
  • Report directly to the Vice President of Finance and Operations, providing regular updates on team performance, project status, and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting role, ideally in a technology or SaaS-based environment.
  • Proficiency in bilingual communication (English and French).
  • Expertise in using web-based software platforms, MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and analytical tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for persuasive communication with C-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills and team management experience.

Workplace

This is a home-based position.

What We Offer

Permanent employment. Full-time home-based work, 37.5 hours per week. Competitive salary based on experience, with a profit-sharing program. Working hours are flexible, but employees must make every effort to be available between 9 AM and 5 PM. A laptop will be provided by SimpleSondage for professional use.
