Public Health Agency of Canada/Canadian Institutes of Health Research (www.pcirn.ca) : SimpleSurvey was selected to create, deploy and manage of a series of bilingual questionnaires sent to over 22,000 public health workers on the effects of the influenza vaccination. SimpleSurvey's enterprise version was used by 7 hospitals across Canada to manage the scheduling, distribution and management of questionnaires for vaccination groups in the provinces of British Colombia, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia, and to consolidate data across all regions for the various questionnaires.
Nycomed Canada (www.nycomedcanada.com): For this multinational, Swiss pharmaceutical company, SimpleSurvey conducted a bilingual, online survey of over 700 oncology nurses across Canada, on the management of pain in cancer patients.
GTEC (www.gtec.ca): For two consecutive years, SimpleSurvey conducted the satisfaction survey for the thousands of visitors and exhibitors at GTEC 2011 in Ottawa. GTEC is Canada's largest annual government technology event, attracting over 7 000 participants, renowned speakers, and exhibitors from across Canada and around the world.
The City of Boisbriand (pop. over 26,000, www.ville.boisbriand.qc.ca): SimpleSurvey conducted an anonymous, Web-based public consultation amongst the citizens of Boisbriand on the quality of services offered by the city. A personalized email was sent to over registered 3,300 citizens which included a unique link to each respondent's personal questionnaire. A secure, self-subscribe Web service with validation was also put online to allow other non-registered citizens to participate in the study.
The City of Longueuil (pop. over 400,000, www.ville.longueuil.qc.ca: The City of Longueuil requested the services of SimpleSurvey to conduct an anonymous, Web-based public consultation concerning many aspects of the city's infrastructure. The questionnaire was available on the city's Web site and was accessible through a secure, Web service incorporating postal code validation and CAPTCHA features to validate users, block robots and prevent spam.
